Event → More Content
Speakers or Artists
- Open Speakers or Artists.
- Choose Link existing Presenters to reuse a profile, or Add new Presenters for someone new.
- Complete the profile fields offered by your account. Review the person’s name, role or company, biography, image and any social or website links.
- Save the profile, verify the event relationship and check its position in the public line-up.
For a venue, a performer biography should explain the show in audience-friendly language. Use the appropriate act name and image. Before changing a shared profile, consider the other events that use it. An event-specific introduction can go in the event’s Content instead.
Sponsors
- Open Sponsors and choose Link existing Sponsors or Add new Sponsors.
- Review the sponsor’s name, approved logo, description and destination link in the available fields.
- If your relationship editor exposes sponsorship group or level fields, use the terms agreed for this event. The exact labels depend on your setup.
- Save and preview the event. Check logo clarity, prominence, order and the destination of every sponsor link.
Reusing a sponsor record avoids maintaining several copies of the same logo and website address. A sponsor’s event-specific relationship details are different from its shared profile.
Agenda and running order
- Open Agenda and choose Add new Agenda.
- Enter the session title, start and end times and a useful description in the available fields.
- Set the stream or presenter where your agenda editor provides them.
- Save the session and repeat for the rest of the running order.
- Preview the complete agenda and check time order, gaps, overlaps and which performer is attached to each session.
For a small live-music venue, a useful agenda might distinguish doors, support act, interval and headline set. For parallel conference sessions, name streams clearly. Agenda times explain the programme; they do not independently change the event start or the ticket sales window.
Photos and galleries
- Open Photos and choose Add new Photos.
- Select or upload the image and complete any title, caption or descriptive fields offered by the photo editor.
- Save the photo and check that it is attached to the event.
- Repeat for a concise selection of useful images, then preview the gallery on desktop and mobile.
Use photographs that convey the atmosphere and help new visitors picture themselves at the event. Check permissions, image orientation and captions. The Photos gallery is separate from the main Feature Image, Banner Image and images inserted into Content.
Edit, reorder and detach related records
- Edit
- Open the attached record’s editor, make the intended change and save. A shared presenter or sponsor can appear on several events, so review the scope before editing.
- Reorder
- Where the list is configured as sortable, use its drag controls to change the order. Reordering is saved as a relationship change; check the resulting public order because templates can also sort records.
- Relationship fields
- Some lists expose extra fields describing how the record belongs to this event. Follow the labels shown by your account; they are not necessarily fields on the shared record itself.
- Remove
- Detaches the relationship from the event. It is different from deleting the underlying presenter, sponsor or other content record. Read the action and confirmation before continuing.
Keep going
- Build the event page with the content editor
- Design the event page and its search appearance
- Save, preview, publish and manage event versions
