Eventsity vs Humanitix

Your crowd.
Your brand.
Your next move.

Looking for a Humanitix alternative in Australia? Put the complete event journey and the published fees side by side.

The case for small venues.

With a small team and a regular programme, your time matters as much as your ticket fees. Build your venue’s programme around your own website, domain, content and audience. Bring tickets, registrations, auto-generated gig guides and marketing analytics into that same home. One customer broadcast per week is free with the ticketing plan.

The published Red Label offer charges its fixed 50¢ fee per order. Group bookings are where that difference becomes especially useful.

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE COMPARING

Your next gig guide is already taking shape.

Eventsity reuses your event listings to auto-generate a newsletter. Choose a template or build your own with drag and drop, then send your included weekly broadcast.

Humanitix’s built-in email campaigns are for event service messages. A promotional newsletter to your customer list needs a separate service.

How the fees are calculated.

Rates checked 29 October 2026. These are illustrative estimates for Australian online card bookings with fees absorbed by the organiser, calculated on ticket face value. Totals are rounded to cents; provider rounding, refunds, chargebacks, third-party payment options, negotiated rates and fee-on-fee treatment may change actual charges.

  • Eventsity Red Label: 2.2% of ticket revenue + 50¢ per order. Orders are rounded up from tickets ÷ tickets per order. Both the 2.2% processing fee and the fixed 50¢ order fee include GST.
  • TryBooking Australia: 2.5% + 50¢ per paid ticket, GST included. The cited payment page lists 15¢ for tickets under $5. At exactly $5 this estimate uses 50¢; confirm that boundary with TryBooking.
  • Humanitix Australia: standard 4% + 99¢ per paid ticket, plus GST. Eligible charity/school pricing is 2.5% + 50¢; the help centre describes that rate as GST exempt. Select the rate you qualify for.
  • Free tickets are estimated at $0 on all three platforms. The calculator can show a competitor is cheaper; Eventsity is not claimed to be cheapest in every scenario.
